Supplementary work time
Working time in pavilions during exhibition assembly and disassembly is fixed from 8.00 till 20.00 hours. In other time the presence of exhibitors and staff, connected to organizer company/ exhibitioner company, in Exhibitional complex is forbidden.
Supplementary working time supposed the payment for every hour, depending on the rental area size according to the following rates:
The term of freight transportation presence for loading and unloading of exhibition equipment and exhibits during assembly and disassembly period is fixed from 8.00 till 24.00.
