The rent of exhibition areas
Rental fee for exhibitional areas consist of:organizational costs;
cost of general electric lighting, heating and venting system;
cost of general security, providing of control-access regime;
cost of cleaning service for the whole exhibition territory, entries(/raws) in exhibitional halls and in outdoor area, excepting stands area;
cost of garbage disposal from specially allotted places during assembly and disassembly exhibition period.
During the exhibition days, Organizer of exhibitional arrangements pays apart electric energy consumption. The fee is formed according to indications of electric power meters.
